Return Policy

Didn’t love what you ordered? We are happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Items returned after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. Unfortunately merch cannot be returned once ordered. Items from the merch shop are made to order so as to reduce waste in the fashion industry.

To make a return, please email kayla@memoriateneo.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item(s). Simply repackage your item(s) and drop the package off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
